Our boy is a bundle of energy and a quick afternoon walk wasn't quite enough. Now he comes back from day camp happy and exhausted. The staff knew our name after the first day and are so accommodating. We love hearing his daily report when we pick him up in the evenings. When we drop him off, he practically sprints in! Very thankful to this place and excited for many months to come! Picture of our pup passed out as soon as he got into the car! Janet A. I started a new business so my hours have been all over the place and they have always cheerfully accommodated last minutes requests. Plus they reliable and super caring with my dog. Great team!!! |

Don't Judge a Book by its Cover....or its address.
My very annoying, needy, jumbo sized dog has been going to this daycare, with taxi service, as well as long term boarding, for many years....even prior to Bruce's ownership. I have never had any problems with this facility. Juan must love my dog because he whines so much at the window for a good half an hour before Juan comes to taxi him to daycare. Alicia, also, does such skilled, beautiful grooming on my jumbotron pup....and I know that can't be easy....He is 90 lbs of nervous energy being groomed. Alicia has never once complained. They even sell my guy's favorite food, Taste of the Wild, and drop it at my house with my pup. I had a very bad experience with the first Urban Pooch when it first opened and, though it looks so pretty and perfect, I find my little Western Avenue storefront daycare to be of a Much Better Quality. And watching my baby play with his pals on youtube is always the highlight of my week. And to see him with the same "usual suspects" (i.e. also longtime clients) week after week after month....is definitely a testament to the great care these animals get at Paws and Claws.
